Are there stimlants in Focus? There is 130 mg of caffeine from natural green tea extract in the Focus formula. A typical cup of coffee is approximately 95 mg of caffeine.
When should I take Focus? Focus can be taken to replace your cup of coffee in the morning or used as a “boost” late in the day when you start feeling that “brain fog”.
