Recommended dosage: 1 scoop (8G) + 170-230ml

Non-caffeinated drink (for optimal results)

Regular training days (including rest days): take 1 scoop per day.

Very hard training days: take 1 scoop in the morning + 1 scoop at night

How should I take them?

Consume with a non-caffeinated drink

Mix the Creatine-JB with some non caffeinated drink, for example with water. This helps to increase the absorbency. Avoid taking it with caffeinated drinks as these are slightly acidic, and so slightly reduces the effectiveness.

Ensure you take it every day

Creatine gets used up during exercise, and does not get ‘stored’ for long in the body. For this reason it needs to be taken every day, including rest days.

Keep hydrated

Creatine-JB is made with 100% Creapure®, which is the most bioavailable form of creatine, so is generally better absorbed than other forms. However, it is still important to stay hydrated and useful to consume extra water when taking creatine, to avoid any bloating.

Can I take Creatine-JB with Caffeine? Studies on taking Creatine and Caffeine together are split. Xendurance takes the position to err on the side of caution. We recommend avoiding caffeine 30-60 minutes after taking Creatine-JB.

Do I need to cycle off Creatine-JB? Due to Creapure's high purity and bioavailability it has been shown that there is no need to cycle Creatine-JB?

Does Creatine-JB cause bloating? Creatine does increase water retention which can in some cases cause bloating. Due the purity of Creatine-JB we have alot less reported cases of bloating.

Do women gain weight when using Creatine JB? Many women question taking creatine because of the rumors surrounding water retention and weight gain. That is the number one concern amongst many. Research actually shows that men tend to experience more water retention than women!

Women may experience some weight gain with creatine, but much of it is actually muscle gain when new to weight lifting or working out in a gym or with a trainer.

Creatine will make you feel stronger by increasing the blood flow to your muscles – and increased workout intensity inevitably leads to the increased muscle mass. It is important to remember that it is very difficult for women to build muscle as women don’t have enough testosterone to naturally accomplish a ‘hulk-like’ physique. Rather than bulking up, this extra muscle mass allows for a leaner physique, which will also boost your metabolism. Creatine has also been shown to reduce fatigue, benefit endurance, increase strength and power during resistance training and improve recovery so these are all good reasons to give it a try!

If you want to increase muscle mass and boost strength, then supplementation with creatine is effective in helping you achieve these goals.
